Use License

Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers using our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate event information
• Honor all ticket sales and refund policies
• Comply with local laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate insurance for their events

Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified by the event organizer. Refund policies are set by individual event organizers.

Limitation of Liability

Tikello shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
